Jacket Size
Your jacket size can be found by measuring two places on your upper body, specifically your chest and the length of your arm. However, you will want to make sure that when you do measure yourself that you are doing so in the right place. Follow these simple steps below to determine exactly what size jacket would best fit you for any occasion. Keep in mind that if you do have a jacket which you have not worn in many years you may need to re-measure yourself again as you could have gained/lost weight or grown in height depending on your age. Also, remember that you can use the jacket sizes conversion below to help you pin-point exactly what size you are.
How to find your Jacket Size
- First have your measurement taken under your armpits around your chest. Make sure that you leave space between the measuring tape and your body, generally as a rule you will want to have two fingers between the tape and your body. For those individuals who find themselves between a size your correct size will be the larger size.
- Measure your elbow by first bending it and then measuring from the side of your neck to your elbow and finally down to the base of your thumb. This measurement ensures that when you bend your arms your jacket length will still fit perfectly. IF however your measurement is greater than any of the sizes on the chart provided below you will want to want to look at the long size charts.
Jacket Size Chart
Each jacket size chart generally depends if you are looking for a womens jacket size or mens jacket size as it is very similar to measuring. However, men will differs from women as bust line needs to be addressed to ensure a comfortable as opposed to tight fit. In order to do this you will want to first wear an item of clothing, preferably a coat or another jacket and measure yourself. Note: Measuring yourself without a jacket on may actually distort your actual number which may lead you to buy clothing which is too tight.

The sport size jacket is right. I used jacket size XXL and it works perfectly with the sleeves. Will be using this site again for other jackets I need to get sized for |

Thanks for the chart I used it for not only figuring out my jacket size but also what other jacket sizes would fit me if a particular make didn't. Also, the selection of jackets that you have on here are great I ordered one and can't wait to receive it knowing that it will fit once it arrives |
